Boy o boy is this film one of the most intense films we’ve ever seen. Never would we have believed the fact that one can be scared straight by a blind man, but what do we know? Breaking into a blind person’s house to steal seems easy peasy until you watch this gem.

Everyone can relate to the fact that Martin can only sleep with a torchlight on. Almost everyone is scared of the dark and the monsters under the bed when they’re kids. We live in India, the king of powercuts. Let’s just assume that if the story were set here, everyone would be dead. The End.

As if the threat of a spreading zombie pandemic wasn’t enough, the protagonists of the film HAD to be stuck on a train while it happened. With a zombie on board no less! No, this isn’t just another zombie film – it’s two hours of pure scream-fest. Besides, who doesn’t love a good zombie movie?

A young, polite, well-behaved, wheel-chair bound child is taken to an army base and treated like one would treat a prisoner. She’s immediately restrained, given an armed escort and the captors seem scared of this little girl. Now let us all sit together and wonder why, or just watch the movie and save us all a lot of heartache.

Found footage films FTW! Most of the film takes place in a claustrophobic underground bunker with three people in it. Sounds like a snore fest, but it’s not. Pinky swear. People have taken up to social media to complain about the ending, to each his own, BUT, don’t let that deter you from watching this.

While the movie has received a lot of negative rep for being the worst film ever, the movie isn’t a dumb jump scare movie like every other. This film will literally play on all the fairytale fears you had as a kid and bring them to life. It looks like something Tim Burton would’ve made, only darker. Maybe reading out that book wasn’t such a good idea, did Evil Dead teach you nothing?

Maybe he would, maybe he wouldn’t. Dolls, poltergeists, nanny coming to work for a creepy weird family – nothing new. Eerie atmosphere, check. Close ups of toys, mounted animal heads and random details of the house, check. You think you know where this is going, don’t you? But nope, you don’t! Is this a haunted house tale? Is this a slasher movie? You tell us.

One of the most subtle horrors ever made, the slow and steady disintegration of the psyche of a sweet and innocent ice cream man into utter chaos is a sickly fascinating watch. The movie will be nothing you will expect.

This movie will catch you off guard right in the beginning and will continue to do so till the end. Twin boys welcome home their mother who has bandages covering her face. Is she even their mother?
