Amitabh Bachchan’s Letter to his Grand-daughters

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan wrote an inspiring and emotional letter to both his grand-daughters Aradhya Bachchan, daughter of Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda, daughter of Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Nikhil Nanda. He mentioned in his facebook page that this letter is not only meant for his grand-daughters but for grand-daughters all around the world.

He delivered a strong message through his simple letter for women all around the world. He started off saying that both Aradhya and Navya carry the legacy of two great families. He told them the harsh reality of today that they will face difficulties and people will force their decisions on them just because they are women but they have to come out of it. He told them not to let anyone decide their character by the length of their skirt.

He empowered them and indeed all the women by saying that they should make their own decisions and not care about “Log Kya Kahenge” because they themselves will face the consequences of their actions.

He told them that setting their own boundaries, rising above people’s judgment would all be very difficult but they have to rise above it and set an example for other women.

At the end, he wrote that he wanted to be known as their grandfather and not as Amitabh Bachchan.
